We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom and select European countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

We offer the following shipping methods for UK and European orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for UK and 5 to 10 business days for Europe from the date of shipment.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days for UK and 2 to 5 business days for Europe from the date of shipment. Please note that additional fees may apply for express shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and carrier delays. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 6 hours for the tracking information to update.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you are ordering comply with local customs regulations. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
